Participants meet for LeadWell Lab, at 8:30am CT every other Wednesday. During this virtual group session, you will get coached, watch other leaders get coaching, practice using coaching in leadership scenarios. Discuss & implement strategies to lead your team to sustainable results that increase revenues. 
And always have Q & A time with Jen.

This has been and continues to be the all-time favorite piece of the program.

Participants receive an additional opportunity bi-weekly to get pre-recorded input from Jen and the team by submitting specific how-to questions on topics like:

  • Having difficult conversions
  • How to blend coaching with mentoring and/or training
  • When to integrate coaching
  • Developing onboarding and training standards
  • Delivering effective leadership development meetings with your team
  • How to implement the different styles of leadership for tricky situations
  • Planning and executing successions plans
  • Helping your leaders work in their full potential

Your LeadWell curriculum includes three high-level courses: Personal Mastery, Coaching Skills for Leaders and Integrating Coaching.

Courses include downloads, checklists, numerous tools, templates and videos all curated and tested by Jen and her clients over the past thirteen years. LeadWell participants have exclusive access to the all three courses throughout the ten month program.

Each bi-weekly Lab (group call) will be recorded and will be shared.

LeadWell meets in a virtual space. We use Zoom video conferencing to gather.
