It all started in 2012 when I volunteered to train senior leaders on how to effectively use coaching skills with their new team members. . In the process of training 70 leaders over two years, I became totally sold on how significant it was for leaders to learn, practice, and use coaching skills to increase their success in developing potential in others.
On a personal level, it was coaching that helped me master my priority management. Eventually, I learned how to work fewer hours and increase my revenue while spending more intentional time with my supportive family and taking better care of myself!
That inspiration led me to develop and launch the wildly successful LeadWell program in 2015, which powerfully combines personal development with receiving, learning and practicing coaching with others. It’s received stellar reviews from participants who now routinely achieve “impossible” results in their lives and businesses.

Being able to practice with a group of people that I don’t know has helped me to become more vulnerable in being able to go through the uncomfortable situation of learning something new.
